Weather Buddy runs only on Windows and Mac operating systems and requires a modern computer. See the FAQ page for a complete list of system requirements.
Windows download instructions:

Click the "download now" button below to begin. |

A Windows Explorer dialog box will appear. Select 'Save this program to disk.' |

Select the directory/location in which you wish to save the weatherbuddy.exe file. Remember this location for Step 4. |

When the file has completed downloading, click the Open button to quick start the install process. If the download window closes, locate the weatherbuddy.exe file and double-click to begin the installation. |

Windows installation instructions:

After starting the installation by running the weatherbuddy.exe file, you will be prompted by the setup wizard. |

By default Weather Buddy will install to C:\Program Files\Weather Buddy. |

The program will quickly install and then prepare the personalization wizard. |

Next, set your preferences for Buddy views, your default city, default weather station and alert notification. (You can always adjust these settings later.) |

When you’re finished customizing Weather Buddy, click Finish and it’ll launch to your specific settings. |
Mac download and installation instructions:

Launch the program file. |

Weather Buddy for Macs is a Flash Player file. It runs in a window and takes on the attributes of that application. Sizing and positioning can be adjusted with the window settings and the View menu controls. |
